Robert Nipple, Founder
The late Robert Nipple founded Apex Homes, Inc. in 1989. He facilitated its growth into the East Coast's leading modular home manufacturer. Robert was instrumental in pushing Apex toward becoming a custom home builder using the industry's latest technology to produce high-quality homes at affordable prices.

Lynn Kuhns, Vice President
Lynn Kuhns has been with Apex Homes since 1991 and has served as a sales representative; a regional sales manager; Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and in his current position, Vice President. Lynn oversees Apex's total sales area and is also involved in the day-to-day operations of the company as a whole.

Randy Beward, Production Manager
Randy Beward possesses experience in the modular home industry since 1984 and has been with Apex Homes, Inc. since the very beginning.

George Clark, Special Projects/Cost Control
George Clark experience in the modular home industry since 1982 and possesses extensive management experience in engineering, processing, sales, and costing. George believes that "a successful business plan not only encompasses that value of the products and services you offer but also the value of the business relationships you build."

Bob Keagle, Transportation Manager
Bob Keagle, Apex Homes Transportation Manager, possesses experience in the transportation industry since 1975.

Brian Troutman, Service Manager
Apex Homes Service Manager Brian Troutman has experience in the modular home industry since 1995.

D. Renee Moist, Director of Engineering
Renee has worked in the modular housing industry since 2002, and has experience in the design of custom built homes and commercial projects since 1993. Prior to joining the Apex team, she designed custom log homes and precast commercial buildings.

Louie Land, Director of Sales
Louie Land, Director of Sales has been with Apex Homes since 1992. With many prior years of experience in commercial and modular construction, Louie's experience is both valuable and instrumental as the Director of Sales for Apex Homes.
